Diana Alpízar

Specialist in the electricity sector, with experience in strategic planning, organizational analysis, and process optimization.

Diana Carolina Alpízar del Río, industrial engineer and master’s degree in development economics, also has a solid background in the Costa Rican electricity sector, with experience in strategic planning, organizational analysis and process redesign at the Costa Rican Institute of Electricity (ICE). Her background in development economics and industrial engineering complements his experience in innovation, project management, and business transformation.

She began her career at ICE in 2006, and in the last 10 years she has held various positions of very high responsibility, including Coordinator of Strategy and Relationship of the Costa Rican Control Center ICE and since 2024, she has participated in the strategic planning of the electricity sector and the organizational and process analysis of ICE.
